My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Amber! I'm a friendly girl with a heart full of love, and I'm searching for my forever family. I am a pittie mix, most likely with Great Pyrenees as I have dew claws and some of the personality attributes. I naturally guard and am selective of canine friends which makes me ideal for a one dog home - I promise I will provide you more than enough love and entertainment!

A yard to romp around in would be a dream, but honestly, I’m happiest when I’m with my people. Some of my favorite activities? Going for walks in the neighborhood, hiking by the lake, or adventures at the park. Whether it’s sunny snuggles or exploring new places, I’m all in!

When it’s time to settle down, I’m okay with my crate—though I might chat a little at first to let you know I’d rather be with you. I’m a good girl who’s ready to be the perfect addition to a loving family. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, and cuddly companion, I can’t wait to meet you! Could you be my forever home? I sure hope so!!!

Forever yours,
Amber

More about this rescue

We are a foster/volunteer based 501c3 nonprofit dog rescue in Dallas, Texas. Our mission is to reduce the number of homeless pit bull type dogs in shelters and on the streets through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and advocacy.

Our goal is to educate the public about a breed that often falls victim to breed specific legislation, discrimination, and cruelty and promote responsible pet ownership through spay/neuter initiatives, vaccinations, and training resources.
