My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little guy is Reggie. He is 18-months-old and weighs 14 lb. We think he is some kind of terrier mix with his scruffy fur and cute ears. Although Reggie is small, he has the confidence of a big dog and a friendly, playful personality to match. Reggie entertains himself with toys and, like most terriers, he loves chasing a flirt pole. Reggie can be a little sensitive so we recommend kids 10 and up who will be gentle with him. Reggie likes other dogs but also would be fine as an only dog. Reggie would be happy in an apartment going for walks around the neighborhood with his person. He is going to make someone a wonderful companion! We don't know what Reggie thinks of cats but can cat-test him if needed. Reggie is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. His adoption fee is $400. If you would like to meet/adopt Reggie, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms or stop by our shelter Wednesday-Sunday between 12 and 6 PM. The DAWS shelter address is 147 Grassy Plain St. Bethel. Email daws@daws.org if you need assistance or have any questions. Reggie can't wait to meet you!
