Meet Bree – A Shy Sweetheart Ready to Blossom 🌸

Bree is a 5.5-month-old mixed breed girl with a heart as soft as her snow-white coat. Rescued from a home with 48 other dogs, Bree is slowly discovering how wonderful the world can be—one gentle step at a time.

Currently weighing 18 lbs, this lovely lady is growing into a perfect medium-sized companion. She’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, Bree’s playful and affectionate side begins to shine. Her favorite things? Cuddling up close and chasing after a ball in the yard.

Bree is still building her confidence, so she’ll need a patient and understanding home to help her continue coming out of her shell. She may do best with another friendly, social dog who can show her the ropes and be her furry role model.

She’s doing her best with potty training and leash walking, and with a little love and encouragement, she’s sure to master both in no time.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is a 501c3 organization established in 2003.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
