Meet Lowkey: Lowkey is a gorgeous 2-year-old Dutch Shepherd mix who was transferred to Big Dog Ranch in April 2025 from a high-kill shelter in Miami. She is now ready to find her forever home. Lowkey has high energy and would thrive in a home that can provide plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. She enjoys walks (and walks well on a leash!), playtime with toys, and is very social with other dogs, especially those her size or slightly smaller. However, due to her natural prey drive, she is not suitable for homes with very small animals or very small dogs. She is intelligent, knows her basic commands, and is eager to please, making her highly trainable. Lowkey is also a true cuddle bug—after a day of activity, she loves to relax and snuggle with her people. Lowkey would do best in a home that can match her energy and provide structure, engagement, and companionship. In return, she offers loyalty, affection, and a playful, loving personality that will bring joy to any household.

This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. You are welcomed to come to the ranch seven days a week or you can make an appointment with our adoption desk. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
