I’m a sweet, loving girl with a whole lot of heart and even more love to give. I thrive on human connection and light up when my foster mom praises me for a job well done—there’s nothing better than knowing I made someone proud. I haven’t had much experience with kids or other dogs just yet, but my foster thinks I’d do just fine with slow, gentle introductions. That said, I’m not a fan of squirrels or other outdoor critters, so cats are definitely a no-go for me.
I really enjoy a good pack walk, though if I spot a bunny, I might need a quick reminder to stay focused. Luckily, I’m a great listener and can easily bring my attention back to the task at hand so we can keep things calm and pleasant. Some of my favorite ways to spend the day include going for walks, riding in the car, or just lounging in the sun with my people nearby. I also have a soft spot for a good chew toy!
I’m crate trained and do well with it, though I might get a little vocal at first. Just give me a few minutes and I’ll settle in for some chill time. I can be a bit of a shadow, always close by, looking for comfort and attention. I’m still building up my confidence, but I get a little braver every day. I know my forever family is out there, and I’m so ready to find them—and live happily ever after.
Love,
Winnie
