Meet Lola – Sweet Senior and Mama Extraordinaire!

Lola is a tiny bundle of love with a heart as big as her personality. At 14 years old, she still has a spring in her step—don’t be surprised if she suddenly hops around like a little baby goat when she’s excited! Lola is deeply bonded with her daughter, Lady, and the two must be adopted together. Their favorite thing in the world is snuggling with each other and their humans.
Lola enjoys short, leisurely walks, but her true happy place is curled up next to you on the couch or tucked under the covers against your back at night. She’s the ultimate snuggle companion! She also loves to perch on the back of the couch to keep an eye on things and watch the world go by out the window.
This precious girl is very food motivated and isn’t shy about begging sweetly for a treat. Though she may bark at strangers at first, she warms up quickly—especially if there are pets or snacks involved. Lola thrives on attention and will happily soak up all the love you have to give.
Lola and Lady are doing well with potty training, but may still have occasional accidents, especially during transitions or in new environments. They’ll benefit from a consistent routine and lots of patience as they continue to settle in.
These two are looking for a peaceful, adult-only home where they can relax and be spoiled for the rest of their days. If you’re ready to open your heart to this adorable bonded pair, they’re ready to love you back tenfold.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
