My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Navya and I have quite a story.
I came to the shelter with a litter of kittens about three years ago. I was adopted and then abandoned. I'm glad I have found my way back here to find a safe, new home.

I'm currently in foster care and am warming up nicely to my foster mom. I enjoy looking out the windows, climbing the cat tree, and chasing a feather toy.

I am nervous to be picked up, but once I know I'm safe with you, I'm very sweet and love to be petted. I enjoy butt-scritches and having my ears, chin, and neck rubbed.
It has taken some time, but in foster care, I've went from hiding and swatting to purring and asking for pets. I love curling up in a ball and taking a snooze with my foster mom and know I'll warm up to a new home too, with time and patience.

I use a litter box very well, have never had an accident at the FH and I enjoy both wet and dry cat food, so whatever you have, I'm sure I'll like.

I have lived with other cats and would do well with a feline friend in the home. I'm unsure of dogs, but their barks don't scare me.

I'm healthy and happy, just a little shy because of my story. My ideal person is patient, understanding, kind, and gentle. Also, willing to be snubbed the first few days until I trust you. Don't take it personally.
