Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Memphis!
Memphis is a sweet, affectionate pup just around a year old and tipping the scales at about 40 pounds. He’s the kind of dog who wags his whole body when he’s happy—which is pretty much all the time!
The Good Stuff:
• Completely housetrained
• Crate trained
• Takes treats gently
• Knows basic commands like “sit” and “wait” (he’ll wait patiently until released to eat!)
• Gets along great with his foster dog siblings
• Super affectionate and eager to please
• Food motivated and responsive to training
The One Thing We’re Working On:
Memphis has shown some leash reactivity toward other dogs and people. BUT—we’ve been working on it for just a week and he’s already making great progress. His willingness to learn and love of treats make him a quick study with consistent training.
Ideal Home:
• Needs daily walks and plenty of playtime (he’s still a young pup!)
• A fenced yard would be a big bonus—he has big dreams of becoming a squirrel-chasing champion
• Someone willing to continue his training and give him the structure he thrives on
Memphis is a heart-stealer in the making—full of potential, love, and loyalty. With a little guidance, he’s going to make an incredible forever friend. Could he be your heart dog?
