YOU'RE GONNA LOVE RAINBOW!

This lovable floofer's life was looking to be short and miserable when she was born to an abandoned cat in Old Town. Fortunately for her and the rest of her family, Robert, who we've been working with since POSNA first came to be, almost 20 years ago, has taken it upon himself to help the stray cats in his neighborhood. He catches them, we fix them and find happy homes for them. The perfect partnership for the kitties!
Rainbow is almost a year old, she's been spayed, wormed, vaccinated and has perfect litter box manners. Since she hadn't been handled before we got her, she and her crew were put in the bathroom, where they had no ability to avoid our attentions. It didn't take her long before she decided people weren't so bad after all. She came up while I was brushing my teeth one evening, put her front paws on my leg asking to be petted, and we've been best friends ever since! Though she can be a tad shy with new people, it doesn't take her long to welcome you into the Rainbow Fan Club. Then she's the most personable little girl who loves all the attention she can get from her favored humans. Treats, canned, food and toys on sticks will do a fine job of winning her affections. Rainbow gets along great with other cats and would probably appreciate a kitty buddy or two in her new home since she's always been with a lot of cats. We think she'll do just fine with cat friendly canines too, once she gets to know them.
