Stockings is a beautiful 3-year old female Tuxedo kitty who was brought to the HSOV on May 16, 2025 by a Good Samaritan who found her at Buckeye Park in Marietta Ohio.
This sweet girl has a black-and-white short smooth coat in a tuxedo pattern, a long tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and extra-long white eyebrows/whiskers.
Stockings was given vaccinations and wormer on May 23, 2025. She weighed 11 lbs that day.
Stockings has a friendly, rather demure, personality. She posed quietly and without fanfare for her 'glamour photos' on May 26th while she continued her siesta and gazed intently at the camera lens.
Stockings loves attention from our HSOV Feline Kennel Techs and is frequently treated to out-of-cage time while they are working in the intake/receiving rooms where Stockings is being housed.
Since Stockings was not reclaimed, we will have her spayed (tentative in mid-June 2025) and find her the home of her dreams through adoption or rescue.

Stockings was spayed on July 7, 2025 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 10.5 lbs that day.
