This sweet 12-week-old puppy joined our rescue family after being found abandoned in a park in Mesquite, heartbreakingly laying on a black plastic bag. 💔 We can only imagine how she got there, but what matters now is her future—and it’s looking brighter every day.

Libby’s spirit is unbreakable! She’s affectionate, playful, smart, and a total cuddle bug. She’s already winning hearts and loves romping around with the other dogs in her foster home.

• White patch on her chest and white back paws
• Breed unknown, but definitely 100% adorable
