Meet the “Precious Gems 5,” litter ! A very pregnant cat showed up to our fosters home looking for a safe place to have her babies and within days had 5 precious gems.

We have Gilbert, who is 8 weeks old and is super friendly and social!
They have their first distemper vaccine, revolution on for fleas, microchipped, and dewormed for internal parasites. Adoption fee includes neuter/spay, remaining vaccines (rabies and FVRCP) and we also register the microchip also at no cost.

PERSONALITY: Gilbert is absolutely adorable and LOVES playing with a string toy. They are all super super social and will even sit on your back lol. They love to be kissed and can hold them SUPER easily. Because so social, would do well in any home with young kids, and other pets. He is use to kids as I have 4 !!

They are using cat box well and eating lots of wet food. Friskies pate wet food Twice daily (no dry has been given).

VETTING: The kitty is not big enough to be fixed but his/her future spay/neuter, Rabies, distemper Vaccines is ALL INCLUDED in his/her adoption fee. They also have flea prevention on too and have been dewormed. Also with first kitten vaccine and is already microchipped.

We get them back around 4-5 months of age for spay/neuter/vaccinations & can make it work for anyone’s work schedule.. Want to use your own vet? We do have other options we can discuss when you call.

-If you want to adopt
: 1) please show up with cat carrier.
2) We give you copies of all forms.
3) we take photo of you and newly adopted pet.
4) we go over pet education packet as we do with anyone who adopts from us so you have a successful adoption.
5) adoption fee $100, which includes future neuter/spay, rabies, distemper and microchipping. Kitten has flea prevention on now, dewormed, and first distemper vaccine.
(Yes can fix on own if don’t want to drive back and can discuss further)
6) We take any kitty back if it isn’t working out . But all kittens need time to adjust

(More on wet food) Pease remember; our cats have a low thirst drive and NEED the moisture in the wet food. Since wet food is 75% moisture and dry food only 10%, that is huge for our felines. Cats need wet food daily to avoid a lot of dehydration related medical problems long term like urinary tract issues which can lead to litter box ovoidance and kidney disease or obesity issues linked to diabetes..
****How much?**** At least one (3oz. can a day but 2 cans recommended) or 1/2 of a 5oz. Can of Friskies pate wet food a day (although one full can, half in morning and other half at night, is recommended ).
