Whether he’s splashing, goofing around, or soaking up affection, Jeffrey is happiest when he’s sharing life with his people.
He already knows his sit and is eager to show off how smart he is—especially when he’s comfortable. One important thing to know: Jeffrey’s kennel behavior does not reflect who he truly is. Like many dogs, the kennel is stressful for him, so please don’t judge this wonderful boy by that first impression. Outside of it, his true personality shines: affectionate, playful, and just an all-around joy to be with.
