Meet Churro – A Sweet Treat with a Crunchy Start

Just like the beloved cinnamon-sugar dessert she’s named after, Churro is a little bit sweet and a little bit shy—at least at first. This 9-month-old tabby girl came from the streets and has traded pavement for plush beds, but she’s still learning that love doesn’t always come with conditions.

Churro may take a little time to warm up to her new surroundings, but once she feels safe, her true flavor shines through. She’s gentle, affectionate, and quietly curious, preferring slow introductions and a peaceful environment. Give her a little patience, and she’ll melt in your arms like warm dough.

She would do best in a calm home with a kind-hearted adopter who understands that the best things in life—like trust and love—can’t be rushed. In return, you’ll gain a sweet companion who will surprise you with her quiet loyalty and soft affection.

Part of our process is to match the adopter and the pet a closely as possible.

Approve Application

We check veterinary and personal references. Confirm residence/address.

4.
Meet the Pet

Connect adopter with foster via Facebook Messenger. Foster arranges Meet and Greets.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Sign final adoption contract. Enjoy your new pet. We provide post adoption support!

6.
Pay Fee

Fee must be paid @ https://www.siameseorientalsnowshoerescue.org/donate

7.
Take the Pet Home

Once contract has been signed and fee paid, then we can release the cat to go home.

We can arrange transportation to many states along the east coast, through Southern US, the Midwest, New England, PA, WI, ME, NH.
