-Active and loves to be outdoors and go on adventures. Loves the beach and water
-Great hiking buddy - loves walks, loves car rides
-Has energy, so needs plenty of exercise, but settles down at night for bedtime
-Loves to be by your side but is also independent
-should be the only dog in the home - he is good with most dogs, but has gotten aggressive towards some dogs.
-needs some training in regards to socialization with other dogs
-He knows how to sit, lay down, catch treats in the air and is working on his recall
-he is good with men and women. gets attached to his people
-he has been good with kids but the occasion has not been presented often
-he is crate trained and house trained
-he can walk on a leash but needs a little more work
-His energy level is moderate. He is mostly higher energy in the morning after a long night but once he has had his walk or exercise he can hang out during the day. He sleeps very early. Which is why he needs an outlet in the morning.

There is an application process, and a tax deductible donation fee, which includes all up-to-date vaccinations and the dog's spay or neuter. We may opt to do a homecheck, but will discuss during the adoption finalization.
We also require a one week "trial period" with the dog to make sure that you and the dog get along well. After the one week period, we will either move forward with the adoption if the adopter so chooses, or the potential adopter can return the dog to Pacific Pups Rescue without penalty.
