My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bandit is a sweet girl who came from a hoarding situation. She is awaiting dental work but is ready for adoption before that, as she has no trouble eating. At about ten years old, she may have some hearing loss but she sure is fit! She enjoys long walks and hikes; 3-4 miles of trails are no problem for her at all. She can’t wait to go for walks or to get into the car for rides!

Possibly due to her background, she hasn’t had any training other than some housetraining; she needs frequent potty breaks. At the dog park, she prefers doing laps around the perimeter to engaging with other dogs but regularly checks in. She enjoys head scratches and getting brushed; with strangers, she’s head-shy, possibly due to her hearing loss. She’s a quiet, unobtrusive, beautiful girl with the most liquid eyes and soft ears, and she just wants to be close to her person. She has done well with a small dog in her foster as well as cats. She loves to follow her foster around in the house and is an amazing walker as well.

Her perfect home would be with a retired or work from home adult with a securely fenced backyard who loves to walk or hike and does ROAD TRIPS! Or with a traveling salesperson who wants a companion and can take frequent potty breaks. Interested? Come to PACC to meet her.
