Meet Ann!
Ann is a sweet and spirited 1-year-old Lab mix weighing about 45 lbs. She’s a young pup with a big heart and a playful personality!
Training & Personality:
Ann is leash trained, crate trained, and potty trained — a smart girl who’s eager to learn more. She’s great with kids, but still has some playful puppy energy and occasionally jumps in excitement. Ann loves other dogs who enjoy active play, and while she’s curious about cats, she may give chase, so slow introductions or cat-savvy homes are best.
Background:
Ann and her brother were found on the streets, covered in ticks. Despite her rough start, she’s blossomed into a happy, loving companion who’s ready for her forever home.
Ideal Home:
Ann has a high energy level, so she’d thrive with an active family who enjoys walks, runs, and outdoor adventures. A house with a backyard where she can chase balls would make her dreams come true! Continued basic training — especially “leave it” and “sit” — will help her continue to shine.
Notes:
Ann does have some mild resource guarding, so an experienced or patient adopter willing to support her training would be wonderful.
