Meet Fred: The Dog With a Smile That Can Brighten Any Day!

If joy had a face, it would look a lot like Fred’s.

This sweet, happy boy is practically made of sunshine and his infectious grin could melt even the toughest hearts. No matter the day, Fred always has a smile ready, hoping someone will finally see it and realize he’s meant to be theirs forever.

Fred was recently returned to the shelter through no fault of his own, but he refuses to let that dim his spirit. He’s still as loving, gentle, and eager to please as ever.

He takes treats with the softest touch, happily posing for photos with his signature dazzling grin. He does well with other dogs and would love a playmate, though super young kiddos might make him a little nervous since he hasn’t had much experience with them. Cats? He’s not sure yet, but he’s open to making new friends.

More than anything, Fred wants a home, a family who will cherish him and never give up on him. He’s been patient, waiting for someone to fall madly in love with his smile and say, That’s my dog. Could it be you?

Fred is neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and kept on prevention here with us. He has everything he needs besides a family to soak up all of his love.

If you think Fred's radiant joy belongs in your life, come meet him. His smile is even better in person, and he can’t wait to share it with you.
