Serenity Animal Hospital

We are a veterinary hospital that takes on cats and kittens that are strays or are not being taken care of by their mothers. Our dedicated staff oftens takes home kittens and bottle feeds them until they are old enough to stay at our hospital. We have a limited space to keep our cats and kittens until they find homes and as of March 2011, we are not taking in anymore cats or kittens until the ones at our hospital find new homes.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting one of our kittens, please contact us. You are asked to fill out an adoption application. We will show you all available cats and kittens upon approval of your application.
If you decide on a cat, we ask that you place a non-refundable $50 deposit so that we do not show the cat to anyone else. You may then take the cat home as soon as the next day (if already altered) or the day after their alteration surgery.

The total adoption donation for our kittens is $150. For adults under 2 years of age it is $100 and for those over 2 years it is $75. This donation includes;

~ Medical exams by licensed veterinarians
~ Spay or Neuter
~ Feline Leukemia/FIV test
~ Age appropriate vaccinations
~ Fecal exams and dewormings
~ A starter bag of food
~ A specially prepared kit of handouts on common cat raising questions and concerns
~ An offer for discounted microchipping
~ And should you choose to return to us for your pets health care, the first Office Call/Physical Exam charge is half off.

You are pemitted to front declaw your cat only but you must have the cat in your home for two weeks. The cost of this procedure is NOT covered in the adoption.
