Mead is an absolutely delightful, petite cat with adorable cheeks and deep, intelligent eyes. Rescued with two other young cats, she quickly showed her friendly and curious nature. She spends much of her day lounging on couches and chairs or in her cat tree. She will sit with her human on the recliner and sometimes joins her in bed at night.

She enjoys human companionship. What began as a few pets has turned into full-on petting sessions. She particularly likes getting her head and chin scratched, and will nudge her human’s hand to ask for more. She sometimes rolls over for full body pets, and will very occasionally allow her human to pick her up.

She will sometimes give little love nips when overstimulated.

She has a good appetite and is currently eating Royal Canin Indoor kibble, but her true love is Fancy Feast chicken and liver canned food. She also adores Churu tubes.

Having a friendly resident cat would help as Mead is used to having other cats around and likes to cuddle with them.

Mead loves to explore, and no surface is safe from her as she is a very good at jumping - window ledges, desks, and kitchen counters are all fair game. She likes to steal kitchen sponges and rip them into small pieces to play with. Small stuffed animals and pieces of paper are also happily swatted around and carried from room to room.

Mead is a totally adorable cat, with a little sass, who will reward her new family with love and hijinks!
