Meet Pikachu Surrendered due to unplanned rabbit litters
Pikachu is an energetic young bun with a flair for the dramatic (especially when it comes to naps). Just over 4 months old, she came to us from a home overwhelmed with unexpected rabbit babies. Now safely in our care, she's blossoming into a playful, confident bunny with a big personality and a love for flopping, exploring, and hanging out with her people-on her own terms, of course.
My Ideal Home Pikachu would do best in a home that offers her lots of room to roam and plenty of enrichment to keep her curious mind active. She's a bun who enjoys her freedom and likes to check in when she's in the mood for pets. Her future home should give her the space and time she needs to feel safe, stretch her legs, and express her lively personality.
Good with Kids? Yes. Pikachu is gentle and has shown no signs of aggression. She would likely do well with respectful, rabbit-savvy children who understand that she may need a little space sometimes before she comes in for cuddles.
Good with Other Pets? Pikachu has not been observed with other animals. Like most rabbits, she should be introduced slowly and cautiously to other bunnies, and kept separate from dogs or cats unless strictly supervised.
Litter Box Trained? She's learning! Pikachu is still young and unspayed, but she's showing promising habits and is expected to improve significantly after her spay surgery. With consistency and setup, she'll make a tidy little roommate.
Overall Health Pikachu is healthy, growing well, and weighs just over 4.5 lbs. She's been microchipped, received parasite prevention, and is cleared for her upcoming spay surgery. Her coat is clean and soft, her appetite is great, and she's as bright-eyed as they come.
Behavior Determination: Other Pikachu is a sweet and spirited bunny. She enjoys flopping dramatically in her enclosure and often snoozes in the silliest positions. When she's active, she's full of energy-hopping around, sniffing out new things, and keeping herself (and you) entertained. She appreciates affection, but like many young rabbits, she prefers to approach you when she's ready.
Fun Facts
Her favorite move? The "midday dramatic flop"-complete with stretched-out legs and sleepy eyes.
She's named after the Pokémon, and like her namesake, she's small, mighty, and a little bit mischievous.
Pikachu enjoys snacks, playtime, and being admired like the bunny queen she is.
Before You Adopt a Rabbit... Rabbits are wonderful companions, but they're not low-maintenance pets. Pikachu will need daily care, a proper diet, safe housing, enrichment, and lots of love. Rabbits can live 8-12 years and are best suited for adopters ready to make a long-term commitment.
If you're ready for a bunny with spark, sweetness, and some serious nap game, Pikachu might be your perfect match. ⚡🐰💤 Primary Color: White Weight: 10.375 Age: 0yrs 8mths 1wks
