Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Frappe! This girl is as sweet as her name suggests!
Here are some foster notes on this girl:
`Frappe was wonderful! I had to pick her up to get her in the car, but she sat quietly in the crate for the ~20 minute car ride. She is very energetic and loves to play (especially fetch). She played with multiple toys and did the cutest thing where she`d try to pick up two or three at a time and carry them around. She isn`t the biggest fan of the crate and whines when you first put her in (needs to be with a treat) but calms down after a few minutes. She made a lot of progress in the crate in just one day. She was good with my cat at first and only sniffed politely but suddenly started fixating on chasing her, so a home without a cat would probably be best. She`d do really great with another dog to play with in the household since she is so playful! She also is very smart and played with a dog treat puzzle. On our walks, she pulled a little bit at first out of excitement but was very responsive to redirecting (stopping walking when she pulled and waiting until she stopped pulling) and walked next to me the rest of the time. She does enjoy a quick trot while walking. She is so sweet and playful! She learns quickly and is so much fun, and she is great around any humans.`

See our operating hours on our website.
-Adopting-
Some animals can be taken home the same day they are adopted, but those adoptions must occur before a certain time of day and are dependent upon several factors. If you are interested in taking a pet home on the same day you adopt, please consult with the adoption desk to find out if that pet is able to go home right away. See more information on adoption and adoption fees on our website.
