Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Onyx! This quiet, sweet 58-pound boy is shy at first and prefers to hang back, but with a little patience, he warms up and leans in for gentle affection. He`s not the kind of dog to run up to you at first meet but once he trusts you, he’ll be a loyal, loving companion. Onyx is sensitive to loud noises and fast movements, so he’s looking for a calm home with an experienced owner who can help him build up his confidence. He’s still young and would benefit from plenty of enrichment and continued training. Dogs like Onyx thrive in homes where their intelligence is put to the test and let us be the first to say that Onyx is indeed the sharpest tool in the shed. We believe Onyx would benefit from having a confident, energetic dog to help show him all that life has to offer once you strut around just radiating confidence! If you have a soft spot for shy pups and the time to help him feel safe and more confident, Onyx might just be your hidden treasure.
