My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Moscato, and I am a Priority Pet because I have FELV!
I may be petite, but I’m packed with personality! I’m a sweet and spunky little cat who loves to zip around the room like I’m on a mission—sometimes I’ll even spring out and soft-paw your ankles just to say hello (no biting, I promise!).

I’m a champion biscuit-maker. I make air biscuits when I’m happy, blanket biscuits when I’m sleepy, and even uncertainty biscuits when I’m trying to figure something out—my paws are always working!

I’m playful, curious, and love to explore. Toys? Yes please—give me all of them! I do like to cuddle every now and then, especially if I can loaf on your chest, but I’ve got places to go and things to chase, so I’m not your typical couch potato cat.

I’m well-mannered, too—no cord chewing or furniture shredding here. I stick to my cat tree (which I climb like a pro!). I’ve seen other cats in my foster home and usually don’t pay them much attention—playtime is way more exciting.

If you’re looking for a tiny whirlwind of fun, sweetness, and toe beans always kneading the air, I might just be your girl. Let’s play—and maybe nap—together!

FELV
Kittens who test positive for Feline Leukemia (FELV) can still live joyful, loving lives—especially as indoor-only companions. While FELV cannot be transmitted to people or dogs, it can be passed to other cats, which is why these special kitties thrive best either as the only cat in the home or with other FELV-positive feline friends.

With consistent veterinary care, a safe indoor environment, and proper nutrition, FELV-positive cats can enjoy many years of comfort, companionship, and happiness. They may have a different path, but it can still be filled with love, play, and purpose.

As a Priority Pet, Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE for Moscato!
That includes:
Annual exams for life at Pawmetto Lifeline
Core vaccines for life at Pawmetto Lifeline
Cost of medications plus 10% (*excludes HW/flea prevention) through Pawmetto Lifeline

My adoption fee of $25 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?

If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5.
