While Clamantha could settle into a massive indoor aquarium (100+ gallons), her ideal habitat is an outdoor pond where she can swim, bask and explore in a safe, predator-free environment. The pond should be established and bioactive or equipped with a high-tech filter to keep things clean. With a lifespan of over 20 years, Clamantha thrives on a diet of turtle pellets, supplemented with a species-specific menu including delicacies like insects, fruits and veggies.
