Meet Winnie
My foster mom worked with me so that I could to move to a shelter and show off all of my talents. Just today, I had my first experience with a gentle leader and I was such a good sport even though I am already a pretty good on-leash walker. I am 4 years old and around 55 lbs., treat-motivated and that is a great way to introduce me to new people. I lived with a cat, but am still excited by chipmunks and bunnies when we walk in the park -- which I LOVE to do. I was excellent at my veterinarian appointment even during my manicure. I am somewhat selective when it comes to other dogs, so the best thing to do if you want to add me to a family with other dogs is to set up a meet so we can see if we will hit it off.
