Here's what the humans have to say about me:
“Legends are not born, legends are made”.
Little Jalepeno, or “Hal” is already manifesting legendary status. He is “that cat,” the one you’re always watching to see what he will do next. The one whose wheels are always spinning. The one who will provide endless entertainment as he tries to conquer every dangling feather toy, every crinkly ball, every cat tower, and every irresistible… box.
While “Hal’s” legendary name is a little spicy, most legends have a softer side, and Jalepeno is no exception. He always finds time to snuggle, and has the loudest purr to let you know he’s not afraid to show you this sweet side of him.
Speaking of that softer side, Hal really loves spending time with his sisters (Cholula, Sriracha, or Tabasco). He’d love to find a forever home with one as a companion to join him on his many future adventures.
If not a sibling than a home with a young and playful kitty. After all, every legend needs a sidekick.
Jalepeno is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting him, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
