My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say bonjour to Marseille, a stunning 1-year old, 10-pound cat…or chat, if you prefer to use the French translation for the word cat! ;-)

Marseille could be the chillest dude you’ll ever meet. Sure, he is playful and loves running around with his toys, but you can always count on him to sit next to you on the couch and nestle right into you, whenever you’re in the mood for some feline love! Super affectionate, Marseille is always down for an ear scratch, a head rub, or being pet anywhere and everywhere.

As easy-going as they come, Marseille gets along well with humans, dogs, and other cats. He is gentle, graceful, peaceful, happy, and fun to be around. He is a good eater and enjoys a variety of kitty treats. Fully litter-box trained, Marseille does all his business in his pan, and he keeps his beautiful lush coat neat and clean. Fantastique!

Marseille is a very special boy and will make a fabulous companion for anyone in the marketplace for a young, handsome, interesting, engaging cat.

More about this rescue

PupStarz Rescue is an animal welfare group committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs and cats in public shelters at high risk of euthanasia, as well as those in danger of abuse. We are committed to rescuing as many animals as possible, saving over 4,500 dogs and cats since 2015.

PupStarz Rescue is a foster-based rescue, relying on fosters to open their homes and lives to our Animals. Animals in our care receive proper medical care, including alteration, vaccinations, and microchipping.

Following a thorough screening, our animals are placed in loving, responsible, committed forever homes. PupStarz Rescue ensures that adoptions are an appropriate match for both the animal and their new family by educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a furry companion into their lives.

We are committed to the welfare of our "Starz" beyond the adoption process. We maintain open communication with our adopters to ensure a smooth transition, and offer additional support such as positive training techniques.

Founded in 2015, PupStarz Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)3, no-kill, animal rescue organization.
