Little Tavistock was born approx April 15 2025.. he currently weighs 7 lbs as of July 2025, and should be in the 25 to 35 lbs + range when fully grown,
His mom is a mixed breed terrier, a really pretty dog, named London, she is also listed for adoption, she is a mixture of 21 different breeds per her Dna..
Tavistock is also a Heinz 57 we have no idea of his breed mix, he has 4 siblings , all are pretty and do not look alike..
he is a very sweet boy, he has a very soft coat , just a typical puppy, loves to run and play with his siblings, loves toys, he is not house trained and will need leash/harness training., we require that he have a playmate/companion. another dog that's fairly young and not too big..,

OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under that age of 10 years for our puppies.
The total adoption fee of $300 ( and includes the required spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip., the interstate health certificate and transport. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at

We require all adopters to fill out an initial application so that we can check references. We try to match our dogs with a family that fits the needs and individuality of our homeless pets. We work tirelessly to find the right homes with people who will love their pets for a lifetime. We do this through email, phone, and any other means of communication to ensure a good fit.
