Cole is the total package—sweet, social, and full of life! This handsome black Lab/Hound mix is a gentle playmate who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids. He loves to run, chase, and explore outside, but he’s just as happy curling up for cuddles afterward. Cole has an easygoing, playful energy and a soft heart that makes him a joy to be around. He rides great in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and always brings a little sunshine wherever he goes. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who’s ready to join you on every adventure (and every couch snuggle), Cole is your guy.

Our adoption contract requires you to take care of the pet and agree to return to our shelter if the pet doesn't fit your situation.

Pay Fee

Our standard adoption rates are $150 for puppies (6 mos and under) $90 for dogs and $70 for cats.

Take the Pet Home

and receive more love than you can imagine! Thanks for considering a shelter pet!!

Colleton County Animal Shelter offers pets for adoption to the public. You don't have to be a Colleton resident to adopt from our shelter. Our adoption process is welcoming and simple; meet our pets, work with our team to find the best match for your lifestyle, complete our adoption agreement, pay the adoption fee, take home your new best friend!
