She came to the shelter through no fault of her own after her owner’s apartment would not allow her to stay unless she had been on the lease prior to signing, with eviction on the line.

Taylor K is an easy, well-mannered girl who does wonderfully with other dogs and has been going out in playgroups daily for months, consistently doing well. She’s calm and polite, doesn’t react when other dogs lunge at the gate, and is easy to take in and out of her kennel.

She walks nicely on leash with no tugging and enjoys a relaxed stroll. Taylor K often sits quietly with a loose, relaxed body and a wagging tail, and she happily accepts pets and interactions all over. She’s gentle, social, and attentive—she’ll even sit politely for toys! Her favorites include squeaky balls and rope toys, though she’s not too picky.
