Looking for the perfect mix of playful energy and cozy cuddles? Herbie might be your match made in puppy heaven! This sweet 7-month-old pup is a sunshine-loving cuddle bug who adores spending time outside, going on walks, and basking in the sun like a little pro.

He’s great in the home, nearly fully house and kennel trained, and already picking up on routines like a champ. Whether it’s curling up with you on the couch or romping around the yard, he’s happy as long as he’s near his people.

The process is quite simple! Please stop by and see for yourself. All animals are spayed/neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to going home.

Tuesday - Saturday:10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

More about this shelter

We are a non-profit open intake shelter that serves all of East Baton Rouge parish. We strive to improve the lives of abandoned, unwanted and abused animals in our parish. We house approximately 400 animals at any given time. We take in 20-30 new animals a day. We are always in need of fosters both short and long term, donations, and volunteers.
