Meet Cucumber!
This handsome, one-of-a-kind boy is looking for the loving, stable home he truly deserves.
Cucumber is a 1-year-old mixed breed who came to us under heartbreaking circumstances. He was surrendered when his owner became homeless, and shortly after, he was injured falling out of a shopping cart. After lots of TLC and visits with a top vet, we're happy to share that Cucumber does not need surgery and is now ready for adoption!
Cucumber is:
Great with other dogs (needs a playful match)
Not a fan of cats
Loves car rides
Cuddly with his people
Housebroken and active
Still working on crate training
Smart and full of personality
Due to his past, Cucumber has some separation anxiety, so he’d thrive in a home with another dog or with a family committed to helping him feel safe and secure. He’s best suited for children over 8 who can respect his space and needs.
Cucumber has been through so much and continues to show how amazing and loving he is. He just needs someone to believe in him and give him the stability he’s never had.
