My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sandy Your Future Lap Warmer & Loyal Sidekick! Sandy is a 10-year-old, 13 lb. Miniature Pinscher (maybe with a dash of Chihuahua sass), and shes looking for a quiet home where she can shine as someones one-and-only queen. Shes good with older children and prefers to take her time getting to know other small dogs think slow intros and respectful vibes. But once Sandy chooses you, shes all in. Her favorite activities? Following her person around and sitting besides them, sunbathing, and soaking up love like a sponge. She's enjoys going on walks however she barks at other dogs she passes, so needs work on that. She knows her commands; come, sit, and stay. She is very smart and obedient! If youre looking for a loyal, low-key companion who just wants to be close to her person, Sandy is ready to fill that space (and your heart). Senior dogs rock and Sandy is proof. $350 adoption fee includes all vaccinations, microchip, dental, spay. If interested in adopting, please go tosavinggracefl.orgto fill out an application. Please visit our website SavingGraceFl.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

More about this rescue

Broward County School Teachers who created this 501c3 non-profit organization in 2012, that have a deep love for animals and want to make a difference by keeping dogs and cats safe! We adopt dogs of all sizes and breeds. We provide assistance to families experiencing financial hardship that truly love their dog or cat but cannot afford to keep them due to a financial crisis and avoid them from having to surrender their pet to a high kill animal shelter. We provide foster homes to dogs and cats and help find them loving furever homes.
