Note from Thumper's Foster: "This family of boys came to the rescue very shy and nervous, but with a little coaxing (and a lot of treats) they are all warming up to me! Now they run to my hand when I open the cage door, looking for a snack. I just have to make sure I have a treat ready for each guy to take, or there will be some brotherly rivalry!"

Favorite toys and activities: Exploring, hiding, climbing, hammocks
Potty trained: Litter box trained
This animal’s daily routine: Flexible. He is used to sleeping during the day and being active at night
BFF (Does this animal have or need a friend of the same species in their home?): Thumper needs a buddy in his adoptive home.

Behavioral concerns: He's sometimes a little nervous/jumpy, so he'd probably do well in a quieter environment.
Other notes: I speak in a soft voice, let him come up and sniff me, and take treats from my hand. Thumper is probably the bravest of the group. He was the first to come up to me, sniff me, and take treats from my hand.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the PetSmart - 1640 New Brighton Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55413 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
Fee: Thumper's adoption fee is $20
