My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Delta — A Spunky Heeler Mix with a Big Heart

Delta is an 11-month-old American Blue Heeler mix who’s full of personality, affection, and classic young-dog energy. She was recently returned through no fault of her own, and she’s ready for a fresh start with a family who’s excited to keep up with her learning and zest for life.

Delta is a sweetheart through and through. She’s great with people, kids, and other dogs, and she loves being part of the action. She’s potty trained and crate trained, and her crate is actually her favorite place to relax and decompress when she’s had a big day.

This spunky girl has lots of puppy energy and enthusiasm, and she’s been working hard on her manners. She’s already made great progress—learning to pause during play when called and responding well to guidance, even when other dogs are still having fun. Like many heelers, she’s smart, eager, and thrives when given direction.

Because of her breed mix, Delta will do best in a home that can provide both mental and physical exercise. She enjoys playing in the yard, interacting with other dogs, and engaging activities that keep her brain busy. Continued training, enrichment, and structure will help her shine.

Delta is looking for a home that understands young working-breed energy and is ready to invest in her continued growth. In return, she’ll give you loyalty, affection, and endless entertainment.

If you’re searching for a playful, loving, people-friendly pup who’s eager to learn and ready to bond, Delta may be the perfect addition to your family. 💕
