Meet Hammy (aka Bean)
Meet Hammy, a solid 90 pounds of pure hunk with velvety years for petting and an aptitude for cuddling. A sensitive boy who loves his humans and just wants to please. When you come home, he is ready with a big hug and happy trotting. He’s the perfect blend of chill cuddler and goofy playmate.
Energy and Personality
Hammy is low-energy, low-drama, with a splash of curiosity. He’s all about comfy beds, walks and stuffed toys. He’s been loved, and it shows - he’s sweet, soulful, and just a tiny bit sensitive (but like, in an emotionally mature way). He thrives on routine and positive energy.
Training and Behavior
Hammy’s got the basics down. He’s food oriented so quickly learning more. Training is a great way to bond with him and he’s very smart so learns quickly He does best with adults or older kids who respect his need for chill. Loud, sticky toddlers might not be his vibe.
Social Life
He adores new people and is very into being admired (relatable). He’s still working on feeling totally secure around other dogs - like, he wants to be cool with them, but his anxiety hits sometimes. He has done well with similar chill dogs after slow introductions.
Best Home Fit
If you’re into cozy nights, , and low-impact walks where nobody’s in a rush, Hammy is your guy. He’s looking for someone who “gets it” and won’t ghost him. No catfishing. Just love and snacks.
