Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Oakley! Oakley is approximately a year old, 70 lbs currently (but needs to lose some weight) and he might have some Hound in his mix! He got to be too big for the apartment regulations and had to be surrendered. In his foster home, he is working hard on house-training, crate training, and leash walking. He could go to a home with older dog-savvy kids.
He resource guards and needs to be the only animal in an active home.
His foster says, `Meet your new best friend, a gentle giant who embodies the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation! This lovable dog adores riding shotgun, eagerly enjoying the sights and sounds of the road. But don’t let his playful nature fool you; he also cherishes quiet moments, happily chewing on his favorite toy or snuggling up on the couch for some quality downtime. With his easygoing demeanor and friendly disposition, he loves everyone he meets, making him an ideal companion for families and individuals alike. If you`re looking for a furry friend who can bring joy and comfort to your life, this big guy is ready to jump into your heart!`
He is available for adoption by appointment in Hopkinton, MA. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
