Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fudge is a six year old, 40 pound, English Bulldog surrendered to us from New York. She is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained though she doesn’t need a crate or a leash as she will stick right by your side and won’t get into any mischief. Fudge is the sweetest, most loving and cuddly girl who just can’t get close enough to you! Fudge loves children, really any and all humans, especially her person. She loves car rides and don’t let her middle age fool you because she can be playful, spunky, and show you her zoomies. She needs to be in a home without other dogs so you can give her 100% of your love and attention.
Fudge had right ear TECA (total ear canal ablation) surgery. This does impact Fudge’s hearing. Fudge may need left ear TECA down the line. Being an English bulldog she requires daily ear, eye, and wrinkle cleaning. Fudge is fostered in Brunswick.
Adoption fee is $475

More about this rescue
Passion for Pets Rescue (PPR) is a non-profit (501c3), insured and state licensed rescue, run by volunteers. We are a small group of like minded folks with big hearts. PPR does not have an actual shelter, all of our dogs are either in foster homes in Maine or with our Southern partners in Mississippi.
PPR covers all medical expenses. The majority of the dogs we rescue require immediate veterinary care. Skin infections and internal parasites are common occurrences. We pay for all spay & neuter surgeries. PPR makes sure all dogs are given age appropriate vaccinations, as well as, preventative medication for Heartworm and external parasites.
Please contact us if you would like to help foster, transport, fundraise or volunteer.
