Sammy has the saddest eyes that we wouldlove to put a sparkle in and the only way is to find him a home.Sammy is a 10 year old Chihuahua mix who loves cats!! Yup you read that right, Sam's best friend in the whole world is cats. He is absolutely fine with dogs also, but plays and snuggles with cats. Sam is just about 18lbs, and would love a home where he can have the time he needs to settle in. Once settled you have a companion and protector or life! Sam is more like a chi in that is loves his person and won't let any harm come to them. He is a love and truly deserves his forever home. All he wants is to be loved. Surrendered to ACC because the owner was having personal problems, His owner said he was a good dog whose best friend was the cat. Sammy is very loving and likes to be close or sit on your lap..he just doesn't like to be forced to do anything he doesn't want. He's a typical chi mix. So no young kids. He also enjoys being out in the yard. He will wrestle and play if you have a dog friendly cat. We want him to have a cat friend. I know we sometimes get people who want a dog who is good w cats... here he is! Meet Sammy:)
