Hi, I’m Tess!
I’m a sweet and cuddly grey & white tuxedo, and I absolutely love attention! I had a pretty rough start in life, my mom was super scared of people and I grew up in a tough environment with her. But once I went to my foster home, everything changed! I’m now a playful little fluffball who loves to snuggle up with my humans. I’m super affectionate, and I can’t wait to find a family who will give me all the love I deserve. I promise I’ll be your little cuddle buddy for life!
I recommend contacting the team at VAC for more information about me at (559) 233-8554 or cats@valleyanimal.org. You may also visit me in person at 3934 N. Hayston Ave., Fresno, CA 93726.
To view other cats or kittens available for adoption at Valley Animal Center, please visit https://valleyanimal.org/cats/. You may also find Valley Animal Center’s adoption application there. Once you submit an adoption application, a cat care associate will review it and follow up with you as soon as possible.
My adoption fee is donation based (choose your price) and includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, de-worm, flea treatment, and microchip ID. If you choose to adopt me, please ask an associate about joining Valley Animal Center’s Cat Club!
Thank mew!

More about this shelter
Valley Animal Center houses thousands of dogs and cats annually until they are placed in loving homes. Majority of our shelter animals are rescued from local animal control agencies who have no more space for their animals. Even animals who have been abused, mistreated, abandoned, and injured are cared for and nurtured until a loving home is ready to adopt them.
We are easily accessible to the residents of the entire six-county region it serves. Even individuals from out of the area and out of state have come to Valley Animal Center to adopt animals from us and utilize our clinic services.
Our mission is to unite dogs and cat with loving people but it does not simply end at the adoption process. With our low-cost clinic, a membership-based dog park, and humane education resources found on our website, we want to ensure our community has easy access to resources that will help them along in their pet ownership journey.
