My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elisabat is a petite and beautiful gray girl with one striking, expressive eye that perfectly reflects her sweet and gentle nature. Rescued from Fresno TNR, she had to have her other eye removed, but it hasn’t slowed down her affectionate spirit. Elisabat is social and loves to purr, enjoying gentle pets and quiet moments of connection. Though a bit shy at first, her warmth and charm shine through once she feels safe, making her a truly special companion for someone patient and loving.

To view other cats or kittens available for adoption at Valley Animal Center, please visit https://valleyanimal.org/cats/. You may also find Valley Animal Center’s adoption application there. Once you submit an adoption application, a cat care associate will review it and follow up with you as soon as possible.

Her adoption fee is donation based (choose your price) and includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, de-worm, flea treatment, and microchip ID.

More about this shelter

Valley Animal Center houses thousands of dogs and cats annually until they are placed in loving homes. Majority of our shelter animals are rescued from local animal control agencies who have no more space for their animals. Even animals who have been abused, mistreated, abandoned, and injured are cared for and nurtured until a loving home is ready to adopt them.

We are easily accessible to the residents of the entire six-county region it serves. Even individuals from out of the area and out of state have come to Valley Animal Center to adopt animals from us and utilize our clinic services.

Our mission is to unite dogs and cat with loving people but it does not simply end at the adoption process. With our low-cost clinic, a membership-based dog park, and humane education resources found on our website, we want to ensure our community has easy access to resources that will help them along in their pet ownership journey.
