This helps Wag On Inn Rescue with pet care costs.
Chet is a handsome boy who is looking for a new home. Chet is with our rescue partner in Louisiana. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters.
Chet was found as a stray and no one came to claim this handsome fella. He is a calm boy who is very friendly and easy to love. Chet walks nicely on the leash and has very good manners. He loves bones, belly rubs and playing chase and tug. He is very good with other dogs but he does need to be fed separately. Chet was cat tested and did well - he seemed mostly afraid of the kitties! He has also been good with older kids.
Chet is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. His adoption fee is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
