My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I`m in a foster home! To adopt me, email my foster parent at aw645451@gmail.com.

Jumba may look surprised to see you, but he certainly is happy to! Jumba is a seven year old domestic shorthair that is a kitten at heart. He makes a great companion for anyone looking to feel a little less lonely at home. He loves to observe everything you do and cuddles in bed. Jumba is quite curious, but also very well behaved and knows exactly when I get home. While shy at first and with strangers, he is extremely friendly and once he opens up is ready to be anyone’s best friend! To meet Jumba, email my foster parent at aw645451@gmail.com

More about this shelter

At the Humane Rescue Alliance, we honor more than 150 years of commitment to protecting animals, supporting families, and advocating for positive change to create a world where all animals can thrive. HRA serves as a national leader and local champion for all animals.

With a people-focused, community-based approach, we treat every animal as an individual and emphasize specialized care for both animals and their families. Through our two campuses in the District of Columbia and New Jersey, we are the largest animal services provider in our region – touching the lives of tens of thousands of animals annually through direct rescue, care, and community-based services. Our teams find solutions to both small and big problems, from providing direct care to an animal in crisis to tackling systemic barriers to affordable, pet-friendly housing.
