Justice — The Shy Girl With the Secret Wiggle!

  • Age: 1 year, 5 months
  • Gender: Female
  • Size: Medium (43 lbs)
  • Color: White
  • Spayed/Neutered: Yes
  • Leash Skills: Walks politely on leash
  • Dog Interaction: Lived with dogs; respectful and calm
  • Kid Interaction: Positive history with kids
  • Crate Trained: Yes
  • Potty Skills: Has done well in a home
  • Cuddle Meter: Prefers to build trust first
  • Energy Level: A steady walking/running partner

Justice is the quiet kid in class who secretly has the best personality — she just needs a little time before she lets you see it. At first, she might give you the “I’m a little unsure” tucked tail… but give her a moment and boom — wiggly butt, soft eyes, and a whole lot of sweetness.

On leash, she’s wonderfully polite and loves exploring at her own gentle pace. She handles new things — rain, loud noises, your neighbor’s wild stories — with quiet determination and a desire to stick close to her trusted human.

With other dogs, she’s the polite lady of the group: calm, respectful, never pushy. With kids, she’s shown a positive, gentle history.

Justice is ready for someone who loves a soft-hearted pup — someone who doesn’t mind earning the affection, because once you’ve got it, it’s gold. Give her a predictable routine, a cozy spot, and a dash of patience, and she’ll blossom into the sweet, loyal shadow you never knew you needed.

To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

You would also pay the fee at this time, however, we offer a 2 week trial period before cashing your check. We will always take dogs back.

Additional adoption info

You will be asked to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/dh-adoption) and allow a home visit to ensure the pet is a good fit for your home/lifestyle.

We are primarily a placement service, so the adoption fees vary depending on each pet and what caretakers have invested medically and behaviorally to ensure they are adoption-ready.

Go meet their pets

Doggie Harmony does not hold regular adoption events, but follow our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/doggieharmony) for special events. We also encourage you to contact us about pets you may be interested in, as we are always willing to bring them to meet you.

We do not have a shelter, so please understand that we are only able to support animals with foster homes or donations toward short-term boarding.

More about this rescue

Doggie Harmony is a metro-Atlanta dog rescue group focused on finding the right homes for dogs in foster care or belonging to owners who wish to re-home them. Our core objective is to place these dogs before they are turned over to animal control facilities, where they may be euthanized. Lastly, Doggie Harmony supports spay/neuter, wellness, and training to help keep or place dogs. This includes helping people find low cost resources and/or lending financial support where there's a qualified need.
