Apple & Flora: Best Friends, Brave Mamas, and Ready for Forever

Meet Apple (3 years old, small mixed breed) and Flora (1 year old, medium mixed breed)—two incredible girls with a story of resilience, friendship, and love.

Both Apple and Flora started their journey in Lake Placid, Florida, where they were found living in a field with their puppies. A few kindhearted people fed them and helped them survive until rescue stepped in. Now, with their puppies safe and their own second chance ahead, Apple and Flora are ready for homes of their own.

Despite their rough start, these two girls are as sweet as can be. Apple is gentle and affectionate, happy to soak up love while giving cats their space. Flora is playful, outgoing, and adores romping with other dogs. Both get along wonderfully with canine companions, and their loving personalities shine through in everything they do.

What makes them extra special? Their bond. Apple and Flora have leaned on each other through thick and thin, and we’d love to see them adopted together so they can continue to thrive side by side.
