Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Syndra is a smart, affectionate dog who continues to make great progress with her basic training. She knows sit, stay, and come, and is fully housebroken—she hasn’t had a single accident in the months she’s been in foster care and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She also takes treats very gently, almost delicately.
She’s currently working on heel, which is coming along more gradually. In calm, controlled environments she is quite obedient, though distractions in the “real world” can still be challenging. On walks, Syndra loves to follow her nose and may pull on the leash when she catches an interesting scent.
Syndra is friendly and social with both people and other dogs and is eager to meet everyone she sees—sometimes expressing her excitement with a little pulling and whining. She is wonderful with children and has formed a special bond with her foster’s 11-year-old grandson, who has even taught her to jump 2-foot-high obstacles!
Despite her energetic and curious side, Syndra is also incredibly loving and cuddly. She enjoys curling up on the couch for quiet time and will happily snuggle beside you while you read or watch TV.
Syndra is a beautiful mix of playful energy and sweet affection, ready to thrive in a home that will continue her training and give her plenty of love. 🐾💙
