Butter is a very gentle and calm boy. He loves eating, playing and exploring. He enjoys getting along with people, always wagging his tail to show his friendliness. He also loves to lean on people and suddenly walks away to draw people's attention. He enjoys taking a walk, and is peaceful and friendly to other dogs and cats!
Butter comes from the countryside near the freeway. He wandered aimlessly as if he was abandoned or got lost. our rescuer spotted him and worried for him. It's really very dangerous to walk on the freeway side. He was immediately taken away by the rescuer to the animal hospital to check if there was any registered microchip inside his body, but in vain.Butter looked very tired and weak, perhaps the homeless life made him unable to look for enough food. He could barely survive. He received all the necessary medical examinations and vaccines, and got neutered to ensure his well-being. He was diagnosed malnutrition and it took months for him to recover fully.
Butter is now in the foster home and gets a lot of love and care. Even other dogs and cats like him a lot. He is being gentle to those around him. He has been doing very well and is also very amusing.Butter is ready to find his forever home.
Butter loves dog treats, dry dog food mixed meat canned food very much. He gets along well with kids and dogs and cats. Also Harry is smart enough to act docile in front of some animals that look strong, such as a not friendly cat and he can keep quiet/gentle or go away.
The meaning of adoption is not gaining a free and 100% perfect dog. Instead, the meaning is a poor and helpless stray animal gets a new life and sweet home because of you. Furry smiles International Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in USA, and BC registry non-profit association in Canada.
We do not have a physical shelter location. We rely on our network with many fosters in the different area, who provide our dogs with love and care during transition from rescue, medical, foster to adoption.
Our International rescue dogs will be flying to Canada, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York....or other city once the adoption is confirmed.
Furry Smile International Rescue ( FSIR) have been working hard to improve the welfare of dogs/cats since 2005 irrespective of their breed, medical condition or age.
All of our amazing volunteers donate their time because of their passion for helping dogs. We feel passionately that our role is not simply deal with the consequence of irresponsible ownership, but to also tackle the root causes and reduce the number of dogs needing to access the animal welfare system.
Our rescue ; we take care of them; we try to train them to be socialized; we find them a good home and we make sure dog/cat is living happily hereafter. We also believe in the therapeutic role that dogs can play in our local community. Our vision is a future where all pets are provided with a responsible and loving home for life.
