Welcome Questa to rescue! This very loveable, shy, gentle 8month old. 29 pound female Lab retriever came to us from an overcrowded shelter. It was real scary in their for this little girl with all the barking dogs, it was cold, and no wanted to just hold her and tell her everything would be ok.
Questa wants a loving home, maybe some kids to grow & play with, fun adventures to go on, hiking, camping, swimming treats & in return you would have a loyal loving companion that would always be there for you. Questa has had vaccines, flea/tick treatment, wormed, micro chipped, she just needs her spay & will have it all. Fees range between $150-$650. An adoption application, followed by a check of references, such as Veterinarian, and a home check and or pictures. After which the board will go over all the information and decide what is the best for the animal.

At present we are a foster based rescue. People are welcome to come meet our animals in their foster homes by appointment. In the future we will have adoption events in our areas.

The founders of the multi state rescue have over 80 years of experience in rescue. We saw the need to use our experience to help and we formed Journey Home. Our love and passion for helping neglected, injured, abandoned, homeless animals is our utmost priority. Educating the communities on the need for spayed, neuter, and vaccines and training as needed. We rely on donations, and fundraisers and grants to help sustain the rescue.
