This little girl was a surrender from an owner who could no longer care for her. Midnight is a sweet, high energy, adventurous girl who will need a good bit of activity and probably other doggie friends to keep her exercised and stimulated. She will need a secure, fenced yard, 4 ft or higher, or regular daily walks.
Midnight seems to be confident and loves meeting new people of all ages, including children. She likes most other dogs, but probably likes cats and other small animals too much to be trusted with them. She likes to be held and does not mind being crated. Her enthusiasm often gets the best of her when doors to freedom are presented, so adopters will need to be aware.
Midnight is very new to the rescue, so stay tuned for updates as we find out more about her. She is about 10 lbs, fully grown, and we think she is about 3-4 yrs old.
WE ONLY ADOPT LOCALLY WITHIN A 2 HOUR RADIUS OF THE TRICOUNTY AREA. ***Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard to place dogs.
If the animal is under the age of 3 years old or has health issues, a vet reference is required which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.
Adoption fee of $440 covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip heartworm test and treatment if needed and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.
We only do adoptions on Saturday and not all animals are able to attend so if you would like to see a specific animal please let us know so that we can make arrangements for it to be present at the event. Event locations do vary so please check the homepage to find out where we will be this week. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees since all fees help us to cover medical expenses for all of our animals, some of which can be very expensive. Saving lives is not cheap so thank you for your understanding and helping us save as many as possible.

We were founded in 2002. We are all volunteers and we have no physical facility. All animals stay in their foster homes until they are adopted.
